Friendly staff and helpful service throughout my stay.

The room I booked, the Beautiful Twin Room, felt a bit dated and could use updating, especially the amenities. I found the gym to be very basic and limited in equipment, which hindered my ability to keep up with my fitness routine while traveling.

The gourmet pizzas at Buddy's Bar & Grill blew my mind! Seriously, you must try them. And the breakfast buffet? Simply amazing, perfect for fueling up before a day of sightseeing! Clean and comfy rooms topped it off for a great stay.

Your employee are very friendly and polite. They are also very helpful and providing an excellent services. I have been staying in many 5 stars hotel such as Marriot, Crowne, Intercontinental,Kempinski,Mandarin Oriental and E.T.c, the services provided by your employee are same as what I get in these hotel.

The bed was the comfiest I've ever slept on. I particularly loved the rooftop pool with a fine view of the sunset, it was a fantastic way to unwind each evening.

I almost gave a good review but just couldn't. The pool is a joke-so small and dirty, it's laughable. I expected immediate service for broken facilities. I mean, a guest should be prioritized, right? My room was dusty, and the bathroom smelled like sewer at night. Prepare yourself for something less than luxury.

We had a lovely stay with a really comfy bed, made sleeping so easy. The rooftop pool and the small gym were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the shower area could use a little more maintenance, but it didn't ruin our good time 😊
